Since 2009, the Retool Your School program has invested more that $15 million toward campus improvements.

The Home Depot has grown our flagship Retool Your School Campus Improvement Grant Program significantly, doubling the total grant pool to $2M awarded between 8 colleges and universities. Last year, colleges and universities had the chance to receive a grant up to $250,000.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
For 2026, an administrator from each college and university must submit a completed application by Monday, May 11, 2026 – Sunday, June 7, 2026. Review full program rules for eligibility.
